They gave us their estimate for both money and the time it would take to complete the project (kitchen and master bath remodel). They completed the project in the exact time period they stated and within our budget. The workers they hired were very professional and always considerate, taking special care to treat our house as a home. “Modern Craft has now completed three different projects for me. Each one has been a resounding success. Wiley has a gift for envisioning solutions to problems where others have given up. He works closely with the client to maintain budget and has always kept the job within the time frame promised. We wanted a screened in patio attached to our home and had worked with a space planner to develop an idea for that. We were unable to achieve our goal until we met Wiley, two days later we were presented with a solution and have enjoyed that room for several years now. “Medford Remodeling was recommended by a co-worker. I had them do the following to the downstairs area; replace Pergo and carpet with ceramic tile, replace the fire place surface with a new stone and accent glass tile, paint trim and doors, widen door opening from dining room to kitchen, and the best of all to tear out an old 1980's wet bar and replace it with a nice case to display my glass/ceramic art. I used a picture I found on Houzz as a recommendation for this area. I worked with the owner, Mike Sr. and Interior Designer, Stephanie, to decide on all the products and colors. I was very impressed with their expertise and guidance. I love the final results of the entire downstairs floor!”

He is easy to communicate with, responds to any questions promptly, and has a very laid back and relaxed air about him. “Chris did an excellent job with the design and remodel of our kitchen and living area. I cannot say enough about how much we appreciated his honesty, integrity and creativity through the process. We were moving a lot of walls and shifting floor plan in a 1940's house, so there were unexpected obstacles along the way, but Chris was creative and budget-conscious in every decision he made with us. The project finished on time, within budget and was everything we envisioned and more. We now live full-time in our kitchen/great room. We really don't spend time anywhere else. Chris communicates better than anyone I've ever worked with. You may find cheaper bids, but you will not find a more honest and talented builder than Chris Black.”
