“Upgrades to basement wet bar area were exceptional - a real treat to see. Great aesthetic blend of weathered iron trimming around wine racks in a Tuscan motif. Really liked the use of stone throughout the wet bar area. Definitely recommend to anyone to take a tour before building their own.”

“We're a retired Military couple so we've been around a while. After getting several quotes from other local companies, Drew (Owner, Southern Heritage) was the one guy that took time (from the start, while we were still checking into quotes) to sit with us and talk to us about the details that were important to us. The others were very 'corporate' and seemed like it was just another job to them. Got a good feeling right off that Drew was going to be involved in making sure our deck was what we wanted. Working with him and his team was just like we expected, they made sure, as things went along, that it was what we wanted. In our years living all over the world and working with all kinds of different projects and companies, I would strongly recommend Southern Heritage as your best choice for a construction project. Our new deck is more solidly built than the original and definately more classy looking ... we built this house so we know how the original deck was constructed. We couldn't be more impressed or more happy with our new deck. We plan to work with SH again for some indoor remodeling as well.”

I also watched Joe in the construction process of his own personal residence and it is truly a showplace. That home was built in the late '90's. Joe brings a vast amount of experience to the table after working for many years with one of the top builders in the Denver area, Pulte homes. Joe is honest, well educated, hard working and has impeccable integrity. I would recommend him for any scope of luxury building, whether it be log, stick frame or other.”
