“Sun Bay builders did a major remodel to our home in St Petersburg, FL. This included expanding our kitchen, adding a new bathroom and remodeling two others. They enclosed our porch and we now have a wonderful area to entertain outside. We worked closely with them to have tile choices, paint colors, bathroom fixtures, lighting, and new appliances selected and delivered to keep the project moving forward. They answered all of our questions and concerns . They were very reliable and consummate professionals.”

“II had Mansouri Design LLC completely gut and remodel a home I bought in December 2020. This was right during the pandemic and when quality contractors were slim and few. Because of this, some things initially did not go well, Selim is a very solid individual. He was unwilling to accept poor performance from the contractors, and he had them redo anything that we did not deem as acceptable. We did not pay for any rework either. His staff has always been very friendly and quick to address any issues. Although our work together has been completed, for months, some of my appliances and a chandelier are not delivered. When I called Famous Tate's, they said not to worry because they still get a weekly call from Mansouri checking on my appliances. This is a quality company with a very skilled staff. I would recommend them highly to perform professional work at a reasonable price.”

“They renovated our kitchen, and transformed it from tremendously outdated into a beautiful Midcentury Modern galley kitchen. We used white shaker upper cabinets and really dark base cabinets with a classic white quartz counter top. Its very simple and beautiful. The project was well within budget and the delivery was on time, despite the several changes WE introduced! I absolutely recommend them!”

“Brooke and Colleen are true professionals and an excellent design team. They took my condo kitchen and transformed it to a functional, and beautiful gathering area. We interviewed three design groups and I knew Bee Studio Design Build group would be a perfect fit. They had a vision for our condo and it reflected beautifully in their designs and drawings. Both Brooke and Colleen always texted or called and kept us informed of which contractors were coming and when. They are all business, and yet, they understand and know how to treat people with respect. Every deadline was met which was so important because we had to move on to another kitchen renovation. Yes, we hired them for another project and it turned out just as beautiful! You won't be disappointed.”
