Located on the Hillsborough River in Tampa, our 1/2+ acre lot features arguably, the most beautiful view of the river and Tampa City Skyline. As such we wanted a builder who was skillful, committed to our concepts and dreams, and dedicated. Mr. Fisher proved all of these and more. From initial planning through final phases of the project Mr. Fisher was on site supervising each day. He was proactive in practice as well as in policy. Throughout the project we did not encounter any unreasonable delays or problems. The person who quoted me was very knowledage and I could tell had been doing this for a long time. I had been shopping around to get the best price and they were able to beat all of the other prices that I had gotten. Also, I was shown some of the other work that they have done and it was absolutely perfect! I attached one of the images from another location that they had sent me. “We hired Strobel Design Build for two projects: 1. rebuild an enclosed sunroom into an open front porch (Fall of 2012); 2. rebuild/remodel kitchen (currently in progress). We choose Strobel Design Build for the rebuild/remodel of the kitchen after the excellent job on the rebuild of the front porch. In both cases, Don Strobel sat down with us to discuss the design of both projects, took time to discuss material options, and gave us a schedule regarding each step of the process. He listened to our expectations and assisted us in fine tuning the details that fit within our budget. Don Strobel's experience and knowledge was invaluable when finializing the details on both projects. Due to the fact that our house was built in the 1930's, adjustments were made as needed when structural issues arose. Don is hands-on and checks on the work of his workers/subcontractors on a continual basis. It is the expectation of Don Strobel that all workers/subcontractors are professional, courteous, efficient, and provide high quality workmanship. In addition, the area is cleaned after each day of construction. The front porch is beautiful and we have received many compliments by the neighbors. The kitchen rebuild/remodel (with approximately 3 weeks until finished) is exceeding our expectations. “We have just completed the design and selection phases for the construction of our new home and have just broken ground on the build on 8/31/15. We couldn't be more please thus far with our experience with BW Homes. They are a semi-custom builder and we've made significant changes to the home's facade, redesigned the master bathroom, did major changes to the the kitchen layout, are changed the location of the entrance to a bedroom so that it can be turned into a suite simply by closing a pocket door. The president of the company is responsible for the redesign of the facade working with us to give us a design with which we are extremely pleased. The onsite agent has been extremely helpful and generous with her time, staying very late one evening so we could get a good idea of the standard lighting in the home to determine what we needed to add. But most of all, the person in charge of the designing and selection of materials has been simply outstanding, We spent many hours at the design studio, that tuned into 5 total days of her time, which included her coming in and doing a full day of design help with us on a Sunday to accommodate our schedules. Thus far, everyone in the office has been extremely friendly, courteous, respectful, and eager to help and answer any and all of our questions. These folks have set the bar very high for the project manager and site construction manger to follow suite and feel they will carry on to the same standards that we've experienced till now.”
