“Can fully recommend Matthew and his firm. From start to finished they have exceeded our expectations, both in terms of the quality of the workmanship, and in terms of the attentiveness and flexibility as the project developed. We always felt that Aesir were working with us to achieve our vision. When we finally moved back into our completely extended and renovated home, it was pristine, immaculate and of a superb standard. After a couple of bad experiences in the past with contractors, our anxieties were soon put aside as Aesir reassuringly exceeded the terms of their contract to absorb all of the unforeseen difficulties and decisions we encountered along the way. “A double storey extension comprised of a large double ensuite bedroom with two pairs of French doors, each opening onto a cantilevered balcony; tiled utility area with toilet and an ensuite shower added to an existing bedroom. Roof was tiled with Kent pegs to match existing. Extension was painted, inside and out. The exterior walls and windows of the main house were also painted to match and any repairs were carried out. Pink and Black provided a bespoke service and sourced many of the unique features that complemented the new space. In addition, Pink and Black were also very patient with last minute change of plans. I decided not to move out of the house whilst the work was carried out. The friendliness and respectfulness of all the guys involved in the building processs helped to make the situation of builders in the house less invasive, in fact I missed them when they finally left.”
