Jim and his team are very professional, easy to communicate with, and finish everything to a high quality, while sticking to the original budget and timelines, which we really appreciated. We also appreciated talking to Jim about various aspects of the house refurbishment and how to achieve the designs we had in mind. For instance, we wanted some custom made book shelves around the fireplace to house our many books, and Jim was able to create it for us. Likewise, he created a beautiful play room for our daughter and an extremely functional utility room for us.
