“Having been initially impressed by Nick's work on his own home, my first contact with him was some years ago when he designed a loft conversion for me at a previous address. I therefore had no hesitation in asking him to design and help oversee the work at my new house in 2016, which involved expanding a shower room in a loft conversion within its existing planning remit and re-modelling the downstairs living area. In the loft, he successfully doubled the size of my shower room. In the living area, one of the drawbacks was that the house is mid-terrace Edwardian and it can be quite dark. Nick specialises in maximising light and he used glass in a way that has transformed the property while still retaining the character of the original building. I was also struggling for storage space and he was able to create much more which, while unobtrusive, more than meets my needs. Nick's is straightforward and friendly to deal with and I'd certainly recommend him.”

“I have used Chris and his team at R.A.S Construction for several 'full service' projects (covering refurbishment, extending, plumbing, re-wiring etc) - each time the work and service has been exceptional. We received a detailed, competitive quote and the work was completed on-time to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation recommending them or using again. He provided references and gave the opportunity to view past projects (we were so impressed by the work and dedication that we were happy to have potential customers contact us and even view our finished projects).”

“Excellent job by Myles and his team, we needed a side extension for our ground floor Victoria flat and we received a prompt site visit, quote and great communication through from Myles. He dealt with issues quickly and shared progress reports with us throughout - a truly forward thinking contractor. He drives a very nice car too so must be doing something right! “We hired CELLI Property Care for our loft conversion, and I can honestly say that they were just more then we expected. It was our first time doing something this big to our house so we needed someone with experience that knew exactly what would go into a project like this. They did a fantastic job at walking us through every part of the project and they guaranteed that they will keep us in the loop throughout the whole process. The guys were really hardworking, tidy and polite. They would clean at the end of each working day, and they did everything possible not to disturb us. The price wasn't the cheapest of all the quotes we've received, but Celino was by far the most knowledgeable and patient estimator that came to visit us. Overall we are very happy with the job and we would recommend CELLI Property Care to anyone looking to hire a responsible, fair and hardworking contractor. Emma Hughes”

“James did a great job for us in our flat, replacing all the internal doors and installing associated door furniture etc - laying a v. complex parquet floor amazingly well and also levelling the joists underneath as well as installing extra insulation beneath the floor. He also built us two sets of floor to ceiling wardrobes which turned out brilliantly and he also built us alcove units and cupboards in our sitting room. James is great to deal with and his workmanship is top quality. We can't recommend him highly enough and will definitely use him again in the future.”

“Mel designed a 'lounge-inspired' retail space and office for my shoe company, and did a wonderful job sourcing quirky and unusual pieces of furniture and artwork, as well as creating a solution that worked perfectly for my high end customers and staff. The result was absolutely outstanding, and attracted significant press coverage and a real 'wow' factor within the industry. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Mel again - she's a genius!”
