“Andy McDonald designed our house plans and they are beautiful. The process was so easy, we made an appointment and meet with Andy and his wife, Marie, and told them what we were looking for. We narrowed our search down to one of his existing original designs that had the layout we wanted and from there made changes. When we were all finished we basically had our custom designed home. Our contractor recomenned Andy to us, and every one he has shown the plans to is overwhelmed at the attention to detail. We are still clearing our land, and should be pouring the slab very soon. I cannot wait to see Andy's talent come to life!!!! I will post pictures of the final project!”

“Dave Champagne Construction build an outdoor kitchen and pavilion over my wharf and dock in my back yard. The pavilion measures about 30 feet by 60 feet and is custom made with Architectural Trusses and finishing touches that match my custom designed home. Dave's construction knowledge and his ability to work with custom manufacturing companies from other states produced a one of a kind pavilion that I am very proud of.”
