“Dave is an exceptional designer and builder. His knowledge and execution of a plan are professional, accurate and completed with integrity. His talents as a designer and hands on builder are remarkable. His versatility in his abilities to design and build traditional homes as well as more modern-style homes of every size is impressive. I am convinced he can do anything! I found Dave to be patient, kind and trustworthy. He was always willing to hear design ideas and take things out of the box when I wanted to while keeping me within the box when I needed to. He only uses respectful and skillful crew memebers that appear to be loyal to him and admired by them.. “I hired Classic Building & Design Company to configure shelving in my dining room closet to fit specific needs. I hired them because a couple of years ago they had done extensive work in my 100 year old New Englander which included a new kitchen, two bathrooms and an upstairs laundry room, plus upgrading electrical and heating system. They did a truly great job. Always took time to discuss problem-solving, made sensitive and practical suggestions and listened carefully to my ideas and concerns. The outcome was much better than anything I could have imagined on my own just because they have so much experience and knowledge of available materials.”
