“Urban Reach Residential went above and beyond with our Renovation of our house in Robina, QLD. Ryan & Ange were meticulous throughout the whole process. Ryan & Ange were able to review our Concept Drawings and actually made suggestions on design changes that not only resulted in a better outcome but also saved us money with the construction. The attention to detail with the finished product was amazing. I highly recommend contacting Ryan & Ange.”

“Dan did an amazing job. He organised everything. Was easy to talk to. I couldn't believe how fast he got in and got the job done. The quality of his work i thought was to a very high standard. He always turned up. Money well worth spent. We had a granny flat we had been in the process of building and hadn't done anything on it for 2 years. We needed help. We decided to find a builder who could build our deck for us. It was about 18m x 9.5m (veranda on 3 sides) and was about 2m off the ground (the ground was elevated). A friend ended up recommending Dan to us. Dan also did the veranda roof, guttering etc and wire balustrade all the way around. Looks really beautiful. I also got him to build some internal shelving, put doors on, attach towel rails, mirrors and other bits and pieces. I'm so glad we did.”

“We hired Steve from BCI on the recommendation from a friend for a full renovation on the downstairs area of our home as well as an additional build of an attached granny flat. From the moment we met Steve we were impressed and at ease with his friendly honest approach. He was thorough & informative in letting us know the process at hand. Not only was his knowledge in building & renovating but he also has some wonderful creative ideas that helped with design, colours & interior choices. Everyone from BCI were extremely friendly, professional and worked incredibly hard to deliver an amazing result ahead of schedule. We could not have been happier and highly recommend this company with your build or renovation.”

“I highly recommend Rodney Case and his team at Refresh Renovations I obtained numerous quotes to add a bedroom and paint my house in Casuarina, on the Tweed Coast, but engaged Refresh Renovations, due to their excellent customer service, design knowledge and advice. I am so happy i did, as Refresh Renovations exceeded my expectations, with regular up to date, progress reports, working within a time frame and the quality of workmanship. I am hoping to renovate both my kitchen and bathroom, in the near future, and will look forward to working with Rodney and his team again. Until then, i wish them all the success that they definitely deserve.”

“We had a major renovation done by Neal and the Wycon team mid 2020 and we are thrilled and overwhelmed by the final result. Neal is an exceptionally high quality builder, who takes pride in his work and makes sure everything is completed to the highest possible standard. His initial quote was highly competitive and he is honest and straightforward in his charges and rates. It's hard to find a great builder on the GC and sometimes difficult to put your trust in someone you don't even know. It can be a big leap of faith. Neal at Wycom Homes is certainly a rare gem in a very crowded, risky field. Not only is he a craftsman, he's also a great communicator and always answered our queries or addressed any issues very quickly. He was alway on time! If there was going to be any delay due to bad weather or issues out of his control, he let us know straight away. Our project ran to plan and on time. Neal was receptive to our ideas and coordinated his team perfectly. Gwenda is wonderful too and was very prompt with invoices, our payment receipts and with all of the twists and turns of our variations etc. Everything went smoothly and the results are stunning. We can't recommend Neal highly enough and we would instantly approach Wycon Homes again for any future projects. Thank you so much Neal & Gwenda.”

“We chose Smith and Son Renovation and Extensions Tweed Heads to repair our existing house that had extensive water problems due to initial build quality. Our first impressions of Andrew and Lynn were that they were very professional. Their office was nicely appointed and well presented and they appeared well organised and knowledgeable about the building processes and requirements. As a result we chose to move ahead with them and the renovation process began. From the very start they were well organised and kept us up to date on what was happening with the council and allowed us to choose the start date. The people working for Smith and son were amazingly polite, considerate and capable of high quality workmanship. While renovations can be tedious it wasn't this way. The workmen went out of their way to consider us and even developed a friendship with our son, who loved seeing them everyday. The project was quite a large one but we feel we got great value for money. While they are a business we didn't feel that we were a gold mine for the company and we felt that Andrew and his team were mindful of our budget. The paperwork was taken care of by Lynn who was exceptionally efficient. The end product is amazingly beautiful and no more water problems. We couldn't recommend Smith and Son Tweed Heads more vehemently and we are thankful everyday we chose them to do the work.”

“Eco Essence built our 2 story beach house at Casuarina in 2012. Jeremy and Wayne from Eco Essence Homes were recommended to us by the property developers of Seaside as Eco builders. When we met with them to sketch out some ideas, they immediately impressed us with their easygoing but professional approach and the way in which they translated our ideas to paper. It also appealed to us that they were a local company and not part of a large chain. House construction is not the easiest thing to go through, especially as absentee owners and not knowing a joist from a bearer, but Jeremy and Wayne made the process a lot easier and were often a long way ahead of us in their thought process and ideas. Our home was completed on schedule and within budget. We love our beach house and it has come through all that the weather has been thrown at it with flying colours. We are thankful for Jeremy and Wayne’s expertise and particularly their “nothing is too much trouble” personal approach.”
