“After interviewing three custom home builders and having had the experience of previously building a custom home in Hobe Sound, FL in 2001, we selected John Cherveny of Homes by JMC. His knowledge of construction and his ability to not only listen to our needs and desires, but to take the time to communicate endlessly with us offering opinions and advice made our selection quite easy. As the construction proceeded, we noticed that his people were not only very professional, but knew exactly what was expected of them when John arrived on our jobsite on almost a daily basis. Several times, he had his crew redo something that was not accomplished in the exact way he wanted it done. A few changes that we desired, were accomplished without question and completed very rapidly. John's outstanding ability to communicate with us was phenomenal and he was never too busy to answer our questions and offer his personal advice. If I ever have the need to construct another structure, either residential or commercial, I would not hesitate to have Homes by JMC do the project.”

“From the beginning, Wiltrack Construction committed that we would know line item by line item exactly what is involved in the process so that there are no surprises. It is something that we have found to be very rare. There is nothing that came up such as, “We didn’t foresee this and we have to deal with this now”. There was a significant amount of planning done before hand by Wiltrack Construction. And in the end instead of finishing on time, we finished almost a month earlier than planned, which was a great surprise. The reasons to hire Wiltrack Construction is the details. The quality, the craftsmanship, and the process. If you’re looking for a project to go smoothly and get the highest possible quality build, that would be our reason for hiring them. They are not a lot of contractors out there like Wiltrack Construction. All we had to do was sit back and watch this beautiful home just happen without any stress.”
