“We hired Workshop Unknown for a major kitchen remodel. They were patient & diligent in the design & planning process. They made sure to get all the details exactly as we wanted them and were respectful of our budget & timeline. We had numerous onsite design meetings, they had each of the subs make a site visit, and we visited design studios together. The construction process was equally detail oriented. The head contractor & his team were amazing. They were highly respectful of our space & left a clean worksite each evening. The overall process took longer than we hoped, but to their credit, we added many new projects to their worklist. All in all we are so happy with the end product. “Yoder Construction replaced the sub floor on my three-season porch. I was having the carpet replaced but when it was pulled up the sub floor was disintegrating. I called numerous contractors but either they didn't do stuff like that or else they didn't have time. Bryan was able to come out over his lunch hour and give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I hired him with the understanding that it could be a few weeks before he'd be able to complete the job. However, he finished his current job a day early and so was able to replace my sub floor that same week! Did a great job and cleaned up everything afterwards. I would highly recommend him for all your construction needs.”

They took time above and beyond what I would have expected during the design of our home to make sure we had considered all the things we could want in our new home. I was always able to speak to the right person at ADC when I would call or e-mail with questions. The people I mainly worked with (Steve, Adam, Casey, and Bob) were always friendly and generous with their time to answer all questions I had or ideas they had as we were going through the design and build process. The project began and ended within the timeline they gave me. There were no delays caused by ADC or any of their subs. Their subs were always friendly and willing to answer questions and discuss how things were going when I would stop by my house to see how things were progressing. I cannot think of a single part of the process that was disappointing. They stayed on budget and there were no "surprises" in terms of costs.
