“I have had the pleasure of being introduced to Spencer Wolfe and his team by a mutual client. Our first meeting was a little like a "blind date" in that we had not previously met or discussed their bathroom project but we hit it off in the best professional way possible. Spencer listens to his clients and other professionals. He is patient and asks detailed questions because he realizes that a remodel is done when the project is thought through in its entirety from the beginning before a construction contract is even presented. He has experienced trade contractors (plumber, electrician, tile installer etc) that he brings to our client's home to discuss the details with them so that he can provide my clients with a fixed price contract with as few allowances as possible. He is professional and timely in his communication and brings any concerns to my attention right away. “I am an interior designer in the San Francisco Bay Area and it has been my distinct pleasure to work with Frank Puliafico on many projects since 1992. His work, and that of his excellent crews, is of the highest quality and the experience of working with Frank is always a delight. Designers always worry about their projects but I never worry about a project if Frank is the builder. He is, at all times, organized, proactive, honest, dependable, trustworthy and smart. He has carefully trained his crews and they are some of the best craftsmen (and people) I've had the pleasure to work with in my career. Frank has the breadth of knowledge and experience to assess a job, trouble-shoot any potential issues in advance, fairly price and prepare spreadsheets on both costs and schedule, and manage all aspects of the project effortlessly (or at least it seems that way!). “Last year I had my master bathroom completely remodeled by Joe Matta Construction. It turned out better than I expected. They are very professional. The design was exactly what we wanted. Joe and his team were very clean and mindful of the fact that we were living in the house at the time construction was happening. Best part is we ended under our budget ( even after we added some extras) Win! I definitely recommend Joe Matta Construction and will be calling on them in the near future for my kitchen and BBQ area.”
