“I highly and without reservation recommend Mr. Gregory Sforza of Done Right Remodeling for any home improvement job you may require. He is talented in a variety of home improvement specialties including carpentry, installations, and demonstrates a completely accurate interpretation of a customer's ideas for a given project. He maintains a list of professionals who perform jobs within related specialties including electricians, plumbers and painters, for example. His estimates are fair, and there are no hidden costs. If extra materials are required he discusses this beforehand with the customer as the need arises so you are well-aware and may consent or decline extra materials or labor. He and his coworkers clean up the work area at the end of each day and are never " no shows", which is a common issue with other contractors I used in the past. When you've hired Done Right Remodeling you've made an educated choice.”

“Smart Design helped us with design and install, removing a large old gravel based driveway, and replacing with concrete. They also designed a new entryway and back patio for us. The whole process was amazing, Segev was extremely organized, responded immediately, and the finished product is better than we hoped! I highly recommend Smart Design!”

“Legacy and Chris's team did a great job with our renovation. Our job was significant including a complete update on all electrical, HVAC, plumbing, windows, bathrooms and with the addition of a new kitchen and modern spaces to an older home. Their attention to detail in the work and responsiveness throughout the project was appreciated. They had a daily foreman who was always available to discuss the work and options. They worked well with us to be respectful of our budget but were also always willing to discuss alternatives and new ideas. Overall we were extremely pleased with the final work.”

“We hired Faros to remodel our two bathrooms before our son was born this spring. We had a deadline and we were really counting on them to deliver on time - and they blew it out of the water. They show up, are incredibly communicative, and do a stellar job. I don't think any email ever even sat for a few hours unanswered! They are incredibly prompt, skilled, and they CARE. I think this story really exemplifies their level of professionalism: we were having my baby shower at our house and the bathroom still needed to be finished, but unfortunately, a huge snowstorm came and delayed almost every piece of the final installation. The owner and his son came to our house in the middle of the blizzard to finish the job. They wouldn't let it sit unfinished- they even shoveled our driveway to get it done on time! That's the kind of care I'm talking about - you'd be exceptionally lucky to have them work on your house. We look forward to working with them again and constantly recommend them to all of our friends.”

“Pete Pratley and his team did three large home renovations for my family over the last 20 years. We were very pleased with the results, the construction process and the competitive pricing that we received on all three. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in guiding us through the design, permitting and construction stages of the projects. He had many helpful design and construction ideas throughout the process that we look back on now and are glad we took his advice. Lighting recommendations, window selections, structural and foundation advice, plumbing ideas and others that proved to be very valuable over time. He met deadlines and schedules that were agreed on and was very clear when it came to changes and cost adjustments before they occurred. He and his crews were always a pleasure to be with and my family felt very comfortable with them in our home. “I called Scott at LTB Propoerties in a bind: the condo above mine had a significant leak which came through the ceiling in my unit's living room and brought half the ceiling down. I called Scott on a Thursday and he was able to get in there, inspect it, and do the demo work on Friday. By Monday, the sheet rock was hung and sealed, and by Tuesday, it was painted and looked like nothing had ever happened. Scott's responsiveness meant minimal inconvenience for my tenant. He was professional and extremely responsive, even helping me by providing before/during/after pictures for the insurance claim I had to make. Scott and LBT Properties came highly recommended by a friend, and I would DEFINITELY recommend him.”
