“This is our first time using a contractor on a remodel project. We wanted someone local. The team at CASM Contracting did not disappoint. Every person we had contact with was courteous and professional. The owner and the project manager were both patient and thorough in explaining how the process worked. We are very data driven and felt the information was invaluable in working with them. The project was a full bathroom remodel and we are beyond pleased with the outcome. We received several bids and the cost matched the average. We both work from home and the team was timely, clean, and respectful of the noise level. We would recommend James Steele (owner) and CASM Contracting for all your building needs. We hope to use him in the future for additional remodeling on our 1956 Ranch style home.”

“Reg Willing and his team at Urban Restoration did an amazing job on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. He completed the project on time, stayed on budget and was a pleasure to work with. As it was my first experience with a remodel he talked me through the planning and gave me a detailed schedule of the work to be done including the timeline. His employees were easy to have in my home. Based on our first experience, we decided to hire Urban Restoration again when we wanted to remodel our backyard deck and again we were totally satisfied. We will continue to use Reg Willing and Urban Restoration for any future home projects.”

“Jim Cutuli of Cutuli Homes is a talented and accomplished home builder that I met in 2006. Since then we have worked together on several projects that Rasmussen Architects has designed. Projects range from a large four building single family colonial compound to an interior renovation. Jim is willing to help the design/client team in the early stages of design and cost estimating that not a lot of other contractors are willing to do. Jim is transparent, honest and hard working. He does all the big and little things that make a project run smooth. “Chris Mills haas done extensive work for me at my home. He completed a huge 3 level IPE wood deck. Installed Hallmark hardwood flooring in guest suite, and hardwood stairwell with a beautiful handrail. He built custom fences and screens. Installed new double Mahogany front doors and re did all the doors in the 3 story house, including all new hardware. He completed beautiful cabinetry work. Interior and exterior painting. Those are a few of the aspects of my project that CR Mills completed at our home. Chris is a professional who has extensive experience and understands the codes and all applications of construction. He is honest, dependable, amiable, creative and simply a true craftsman. Feeling fortunate to have had him transform our home. We love it and highly recommend CR Mills Construction.”

“My wife and I have had the pleasure of using Chris Town to complete a major, down to studs, remodel ten years ago as well as reconstruction after a large dishwasher water leak requiring us to move out for 5 months. His various sub-contractors have produced high quality results. In addition to his attention to detail, he has been easy to contact and responsive to our concerns. In both cases, we've been very pleased with the final results. It's so nice to have inspectors and friends comment on the quality of his work.”

“We hired TWC for a substantial exterior remodel of our 45 unit apartment building in North Seattle. This was a complex job that dealt with a number of siding materials and building systems not to mention significant disruption to our tenant base. TWC sheparded the job along within price guidance and within needed timeframe; not to mention they did a great job interfacing with our tenants and other vendors. TWC delivered with flying colors! We would happily use them again and provide highest recommendation to other potential customers.”
