“Troico provided us with kitchen design services as well as millwork fabrication and installation. Their knowledge and experience was evident in how our timelines and budget were met and an exceptional final product installed in our kitchen. The quality of the millwork along with the dedication to ensuring onsite requirements were understood provided a level of comfort in knowing our kitchen would be the focal point of our home. Corrective action to address required millwork changes during installation were addressed by Troico without hesitation. We know Troico is determined to meet customer expectations. They certainly met ours.”

“All the support posts for our car port were rotten and needed to be replaced. The estimator from Kerr came over and reviewed the project. We discussed my requirements: demolition, post replacement, cedar siding and plexiglass windows. The estimate was acceptable and I gave the project the go ahead. Shawn was the contractor for the project. He was very pleasant. We reviewed the job and discussed his suggestions, all of which were positive. Shawn raised some concerns after the demolition. This resulted in additional work and materials. I was very concerned about the overruns but after conversations with Shawn and Dave I agreed to proceed. The end result is excellent. I will use them for future projects and would recommend them to anyone reading this review.”

“Trilogy Homes Ltd. provided estimates and helpful suggestions on re-designing my kitchen, and painting the exterior of my home. They did such a great job, some of the homeowners in my area asked me who painted and then painted in the same colors. I guess copying my style is the best form of a compliment. LOL!! Pedro and his team were very professional and did the job very quickly.”

“Mark Rostad (Bear Creek Special Projects) has done various projects in the past for us so when it came time to design and create a large covered deck, he was our logical choice. Mark's ability turned our requests into an exciting addition to our home. His experience with the use of exposed and engineered beams provided a functional yet dramatic new space. Mark was mindful of the budget and kept us informed all during the building process. He has a good working relationship with other building trades such as electricians, plumbers, roofers etc. who were all involved in this project. Each step of construction came with certain challenges, for example a low pitched roof, new wiring with an electrical panel, engineered beams and custom windows and 10 ft. sliding doors. Mark handled each issue with confidence. We are very pleased with his work and our guests often comment enthusiastically about the result.”
