“Greg and his crew added a 16X16 screened deck to our home. The deck had to be designed so as to not limit sight of the back yard or light in the house. It has several electrical outlets, a light and fan, 2 outside entry doors and stairways. It has cedar planks and columns and looks more like a mountain lodge than a simple screened-in porch. We, along with our friends and nieghbors, believe it is beautiful. Greg and his crew were wonderful to work with, especially if we decided on a change at the last minute. Prices were very fair. Everything was kept clean and orderly. I highly recommend this company.”

“After seeing some work done by MIH Consulting, we were able to meet with Dia Hunter to discuss our basement project. Right away his professionalism stood out as he verbally took us through the steps of the project. Following our initial consultation, we met at his office to cover the detail and cost of our project. Our project entailed various phases and the respective specialist that were assigned provided quality work. Mr. Hunter reviewed the quality of the work performed before moving on to the next phase of the project, always checking with us to see if the work and progress was meeting our expectations. Dia Hunter managed and monitored the project very closely and the end result was a finished basement that we are most pleased with. Mr. Hunter's professional and meticulous nature bode well for a pleasing and flawless result. Resist the temptation to manage your own project and work with a professional. “I was very pleased with Gary Miller of Atlanta Maintenance & Consulting for the immense amount of work he did in rehabbing a 3 bedroom 1 bath home I purchased in Atlanta. He did an extensive walkthrough and gave me an accurate quote. Gary's exceptional communication, transparency, and commitment to detail calmed my concerns (and my wife’s). His professionalism extended to staying within budget without compromising quality. He transformed it into an unrecognizably new space --- a beautiful, comfortable home. This site allows me to attach 6 photos, but there were many more details I could include. “Daniel Lichty was prompt his men were always on time very courteous and friendly. He was willing to listen to what I wanted and design it and build it on the spot. For instance I wanted a cabinet built for my bathroom to go between the sinks even though I had a mirror across the entire wall in front of the sinks. He built the cabinet and framed the mirror it looks like it was always there. I love it. He met the deadline and stayed on budget. I'm going to hire him next to redo my kitchen. I can't wait.”
