“I called Scott at LTB Propoerties in a bind: the condo above mine had a significant leak which came through the ceiling in my unit's living room and brought half the ceiling down. I called Scott on a Thursday and he was able to get in there, inspect it, and do the demo work on Friday. By Monday, the sheet rock was hung and sealed, and by Tuesday, it was painted and looked like nothing had ever happened. Scott's responsiveness meant minimal inconvenience for my tenant. He was professional and extremely responsive, even helping me by providing before/during/after pictures for the insurance claim I had to make. Scott and LBT Properties came highly recommended by a friend, and I would DEFINITELY recommend him.”

The project included gut renovation of kitchen and bathroom, new wood floor, updated plumbing, and new boiler. Jon was easy to work with and all of the people he hired to work on the house were professional. Jon offered guidance and assistance throughout the renovation process, as first time homeowners, that was invaluable.”

“I highly recommend this company for any handyman help or major construction. They are reliable, do great work, and keep the place relatively clean when doing the work. Once I had a flood in my basement which they had nothing to do with but I needed help. I spoke to the owner and he left his Saturday night dinner at a restaurant to come help me. I think that says it all.”
