“I bought a modular house through Westchester Modular in 2015. They demolished the existing house and put up a new colonial-style, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom modular house that is 2000 sq. ft in size. In general, they were easy to work with and had reasonable number of options in terms of materials and colors to choose from. I didn't have a lot of special requests because this was planned as a rental property. In summary, the project went well and house was delivered in about 9 months from start to finish (including time for design, blueprints, permits, etc.) What I didn't like was that the interior of garage was not finished (not painted or primed) and thought it would have been. On the plus side, Liz and Patrick from the project delivery team were a delight to work with. They kept the project moving at a quick pace and provided frequent communication to inform me of what was going on. One of my biggest concerns from the beginning was there would be lots of unexpected hiccups that would cause the price to swell up. I am happy to report that the price increased very little from the original quote and any increases were very reasonable due to my requests for changes such as additional lighting or outlets.”

It is clear that Billy knows the industry well, and uses that knowledge to guide you to make choices that benefit your project as well as your final price. We started off using WP Construction on a small project at home and have since used him to install a gorgeous bluestone patio with outdoor fireplace, renovate our kitchen, install a new master bathroom, build and design our pool and the list goes on! Billy is more than a caring business owner, he has a level of design skill that you will not find in most construction companies. I would recommend him to all of my friends and family - you won't be disappointed.”
