“My kitchen now looks beautiful and new again, I hired HomeTech to remodeled my kitchen counter tops and my faucet, they were very helpful and got the work done professionally and fast, they even replaced a piece of wood that the pipe with a leak got very wet and humid. The communication with them was very fast and convenient. I am a very curios person so I asked several questions and they were very open to answered them all. Very satisfied and happy with my new kitchen.”

“Sarah Anderson has been my Designer for over 10 years. She has helped me decorate 3 homes. I continue to use her because she is both professional and fun! She doesn't mind giving me time to decide what I like and continuing with ideas and suggestions until it feels right. She is very patient! She is also very attune to detail and understanding about budgets as well. We have sold two of the homes where she had found beautiful colors for walls and custom furniture in LR, DR, Family Room and Kitchen and those homes sold very quickly because they were so beautifully decorated. Our Realtors loved her because they didn't have to stage the houses! Currently we are remodeling our kitchen in Dallas. The colors she chose are gorgeous (my husband also trusts Sarah and likes what we have done). I wouldn't use anyone else, ever!”

“I hired TEC Construction and Development to renovate my kitchen about three years ago and it was a very UNstressful completion. Dawn and Bill have a level of professionalism that made the entire project seem effortless to me. Dawn's assistance in the design; i.e., removal of walls, selection of cabinets, plumbing fixtures, flooring, etc. allowed me to make my choices with the assurance that the composition was correct for the look I was trying to achieve. Bill's work ethic kept all the subcontractors in succession and on time. The job site was cleaned each night so there was minimal disruption to the rest of the house. I would definitely recommend TEC for any home remodeling project.”

“DELTA BUILD SERVICES WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND I built 2 homes with DELTA. In spite of the hurricane and the logistics of getting material, DELTA definitely went well above and beyond to ensure that my homes were built on schedule!! They worked overtime to complete my homes. Jess and Ashley were extremely helpful in staying on top of Cape Coral to get my CO done in a timely manner. Jess also helped from day 1 to the very end in helping me pick out colors of everything in both of my houses. Thru out both jobs, Joe stayed on top of the schedule to make sure everything was always moving forward and kept me informed every step of the way! Towards the end of my build Gabriel went thru with me and ensured that EVERYTHING on the punch list was done to my satisfaction. During the beginning of the process of my builds, I had the opportunity to sit with the owner, Ron. He spent over an hour with me going over what I could expect during the process of building my 2 houses. During the end of my builds, I had a time constraint for these to builds. I contacted Ron and asked if he could he help me meet my deadline. Ron personally got involved and got his team together and made sure that my homes made the deadline that I requested. Prior to these 2 builds, I have never met Ron nor did know anything about his company. Because of Ron and his people and what they did for me, they will have my loyalty as I build more homes in the future!!!”
