“Simply put, Legacy Builders were amazing to work with from start to finish. Communication is top notch, everyone we worked with (Jon, Sadie, Evan and Steven) were easy to get ahold of and were quick to respond. Jon and Sadie took the time up front to help us design our ADU and the final product reflected that, even going over potential hiccups that could happen so we would be aware and prepared if anything did happen. Their estimates of work, and project management skills are top notch offering different options for estimates depending on which kind of work/look we wanted. They’re super flexible and work with you to get things just the way you like for as close to your budget as is possible. Evan (our project manager) would always keep us in the loop about when things were happening and next steps to come, so we were never left wondering "what's happening next?". They’re loyal to their people, and their people are loyal to them. Hands down would recommend to anyone needing construction/design work done.
