“Legacy Renovations has done a number of projects for me. Most recently, however, was my kitchen renovation. This involved essentially a complete demo as everything from flooring to cabinetry and appliances was replaced. Time was taken when necessary to help make choices and make recommendations and I'm pleased with all of the results. Reputable, follows through, professional, trustworthy, and the perfectionism you want in a contractor! I would and have recommended them to many friends and family. It's always nice to know you can trust someone in your home if you cannot be there and when working on small to major projects!”

“Latitude 33 Design & Construction recently completed a laundry/mud room remodel for us, and I could not be any happier with the results! They were not the only company that we considered, but they stood out right from the first meeting. Mary listened to me when I described how I needed the room to function, and she and Carlos worked together to completely deliver a room that exceeded my expectations! They both have an eye for minute detail, and I fully trusted them from the very beginning. Mary has an eye for design, and Carlos is a skilled craftsman. The contractors that they employ (an electrician and drywall contractor for our job) are also masters of their skill and of the highest integrity. Everyone was courteous and respectful of our time and home. We felt the cost of the project was competitive and fair. They were mindful of our budget and came up with cost effective solutions wherever they could. We will not hesitate to hire Latitude 33 for any future remodeling needs we have, and we highly recommend them!”

“We have hired old south 3 times over the past 10 years. The first time was to put an addition on our house, the second was to re configure my living/dining and family room, the third time was to completely landscape my yard and install a pool and covered pavilion. With each project, I only had a slight idea what I wanted. Thanks to the great design staff who took my half baked ideas and turned them into the beautiful property I have today. Any concerns I ever had were answered promptly. Even though this is a very busy company, I always felt I was their only client. The personal attention was awesome! I can't wait to have them back to re-do my kitchen.”

“My wife and I contracted Brian to build our home at Lake Hartwell in 2009. From the initial interview, through design and planning, until the finished product, Brian and his team was responsive, thorough, and professional. He listened to our ideas and wishes, then made them come true with the finest quality craftsmanship we could imagine, exceeding all expectations. (On time and on budget!). We could not be more pleased with the entire experience. Since the completion of our home we have called Brian to help us with a few additional projects. Each project, we receive the same quality of service and work we enjoyed with our initial home building project. Should we ever build again, Santoro Signature Homes will build it. “I have yet to meet a contractor who communicates as well as John Lawson of Lawson Design Construct (LDC)! That was my first impression. THEN, they went and did a GREAT job on our kitchen renovation... Here's what we had them do: - Open up a wall between our living room and kitchen - Oak threshold install (between living room and kitchen) - New ceiling in the kitchen - Light drywall repair - Light fixture installs (chandelier, pendants and recessed lighting) - New light switch w/ dimmer for pendants - Dimmer switches on existing light switches - Light carpentry work for cabinet molding - Touch up painting I highly recommend LDC for your home project!”

“David Hawkes completely rebuilt our deck earlier this year. After weeks of attempting to comply with the requirements of city of Johns Creek, he was finally able to get started. BTW, in order to comply, David had to produce at least a dozen architectural quality drawings and meet with city engineers, which he did so willingly. In spite of many rain delays, David completed the deck in a reasonable amount of time. When the inspector came out for the final inspection, he was amazed at the quality of the deck and the amount of hardware used in its construction. He said he had never seen anything like it and that it far exceeded code. David even built my wife a beautiful swing that really looks great. We are so satisfied with David's expertise that we are using him to renovate our bathrooms. We very highly recommend him for any construction needs.”
