“Tom Phenicie is a high integrity person, and this is the primary reason I hired him to build my home and every project needed at rental and commercial properties I own. I do not shop on competitive bids for my projects because there really are no competitors to Tom. Materials cost what they do regardless of the contractor so the only difference possible is the person on the job. My primary residence recently appraised at over 1 million, a 60% appreciation in 12 years! Quality that stands the test of time is why Tom is currently estimating a second recreational home in a neighboring state for my wife and I. We will have to pay more due to travel distance and out of state licensing, but frankly Tom is worth it. Cost figures below are for most recent commercial project.”

“Craftsman Construction provided us with a building experience that was easy and worry free. Jerry was very professional, honest and trustworthy. Whenever a problem became apparent within our project, he thoughtfully resolved the issue. He was patient with us when we decided to make an aesthetic changes, even after the specified work had been completed. But most importantly, Craftsman's quality is what keeps us coming back to Jerry. We will build another house with Craftsman when it is time to downsize. Timothy and Amy Nojaim I would like to continue my review of Craftsman Construction. “Duane Rager and his crew have been helping us for five years. We first hired them to add a bathroom and some lighting in our cottage. A year later we had them back to add a screened porch and few odds and ends around the place, including rebuilding one of the piers under the house. When we moved last year they came to our house we were selling and did everything from paint and carpet to installing a shower and replacing the eaves. Our new home was built in the 1920s and needed a lot of renovation. Duane's crew renovated the plumbing and electricity. They installed vintage lights. They put up drywall and painted. There were four bathrooms gutted and redone. But the best was the custom built shelf unit in the large community room. This was all done within time and cost estimate. The crew is friendly and knowledgable and very professional in every way. Duane was willing to work with me to use my ideas and offered great advice and suggestions without making me feel he was trying to "sell me" his ideas. My confidence and trust in Rager Construction is unlimited!”

“Review for Jason Wolfe In 2017, my husband and I purchased a two bedroom condominium in Bethesda, MD. We were entirely new to the area with no knowledge as to skilled craftsmen available. At the recommendation of an interior designer Mr. Jason Wolfe was contracted to take this bare unit and turn it into a first class luxury apartment. I advised Mr. Wolfe as to my wishes/needs for the unit and to provide collection display suggestions for lighting, shelving, construction, and wall treatments. And at the same time incorporating our existing furniture and art work. Mr. Wolfe’s had unique suggestions for our Chinese antiques and the skill to construct two museum-quality display units. His construction ability coupled with a sense of design and a good eye, is impressive. In summary we were very pleased with the final product and recommend him without reservation.”

“Jason did an outstanding job building our house in Mt Jackson, managing every detail from the well being drilled to the road being built up to the construction site. He followed the architectural design and adjusted where needed. He consulted closely with us on every aspect of the construction inside and out, accommodating our changes and adding design elements inside the house that significantly improved the look and feel of the rooms. He is an honest builder who we could trust to do the job well and on time.”
