When my house plans were finished, I went out to three different contractors to get pricing. All the bids were within 10% of each other and Michael was not the lowest. But, after two hours of going over the estimate, it was clear to me that Michael understood the drawings and most importantly what we wanted. “Repaired a number of issues with the exterior of our house including rotted sofet and replaced the asphalt roof on our porch with a rubber roof (the roof was done by a sub I believe). The work was done int he time expected time frame and looks good. Workers were friendly and kept the work area's clean.”
