“I contracted Curtis White Companies to build a home plan that I had found on the internet. Joe and Katie were very easy to work with -- they explained everything that had to be done and gave realistic expectations of how the process would work. Once construction began, they were very good keeping me updated on progress and aware of what steps needed to be taken. They were always good about hitting specific target dates (despite a very rainy summer to work in) and kept me in the know on the things I needed to have to them. In the end, the final product is the home I was hoping for and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend Joe and Katie to anyone looking to build a house.”

“Builder, Scott Underwood, took on the renovation of our small, newly-purchased, seven-year-old Craftsman home. The goal was to infuse the interior of the house with modern applications of Craftsman architectural detail. Scott has an extraordinary eye for structure, color, and detail. He added variations of Craftsman wainscoting in the dining room and master bedroom, built a transom with beveled glass over a long hallway, affixed a faux coffer treatment on the ceiling of the study, made all cabinet door fronts uniform in style, and added light fixtures that were modern yet reflective of the Craftsman tradition. His regular crew were skilled, professional, and at times part of the creative process.”

“The Precision Homecrafters design and construction team met with us to completely demolish, design and re-build our master bathroom suite and closet. The work was extensive and also included knocking out a brick wall and adding windows. There is extensive tile and woodwork done, all of which I would say is very high quality. Although this project was quite expensive for a bathroom remodel, we are very pleased with the results and very happy with the Precision team. I would highly recommend Precision for your next project.”

“We have followed Mike Wedgworth for a long time during his building career. We now are about three fourths of the way through the process of him building a house for us. His reputation was a major reason to pick him as our builder and he has done nothing except enhance his reputation during our process. He is honest, dependable, trustworthy and reasonable. He also has demonstrated humility in all our dealings. There have been many times when he could have hidden cost and details in order to benefit his bottom line. “My hubby and I hired Mareno Consturction to build our CUSTOM dream home!!!!! Mareno Construcion started on our home on Jan 5th 2017 and my home was completed in April 2017 and we were able to move in in May of 2017. If you are looking to build and you want it done right, give Mareno Construction a call. The owners are very knowledgeable in homebuilding industry. Their entire focus was making sure we were happy and pleased with the progress they were making on the construction of our new home. They are fair, easy to work with, reliable and most of all dependable. You can always text or call and talk with one of the owners, whenever you have questions. Just know, you will never be ignored. “I called Iron City Builders to price replacement of rotted masonite around my chimney and patch eaves. They responded same day and set an appointment to view the work. They provided a written estimate and discussed options for the repairs the next day. Once approved they completed the work in one day. They did a quality job, very timely and responsive, great price, and left everything tidy and neat. In today's competitive market it's hard to find someone who shows up on schedule and provides good value and quality work. Iron City Builders did a great job for me.”

Wayne Scotch met me on the land and worked very hard to build exactly the home I wanted. He worked straight through until it was finished and finished within my budget. The home is beautiful and Scotch Homes did an excellent job.”
