“I had about a third of my basement, about 550 sq. ft., completed using the Matrix Basement System. This r-18 rated, water proof, mold proof, mildew proof system (4' by 8' panels) was perfect for protecting my investment. They also did my drop ceiling, all electrical, hvac work and installed the three doors we added. The total process took about 4 weeks. The work crew was very professional. They worked with me in coordinating the parts of this project that I had other contractors complete and made the whole experience very enjoyable. My completed basement blends in with the rest of my house. The insulated panels keeps the humidity down and the temperatures at the same level as my upstairs level. I love it.”

Besides his aesthetic, it was also his statement that he would build our home just like he would build one for himself…that is a very different perspective than most builders, and really resonated with us. He truly cares about the details as if it was his own house. Not just the visible features, but the mechanicals and the detail behind the walls and under the floors. He limits the number of simultaneous projects so he and his team really focused on our home.
