“We hired M@W to help us design and build our studio space in Toronto. The site was an ancient double bay garage that had formerly been stables. We ran services and natural gas to the studio, tore down a section of the central dividing wall, dug and poured a new floor and drain, replaced the roof, installed HVAC, new windows and doors.
