“Kevin and his crew were great to work with! Over several months, they restored my run down investment property and turned it back into a beautiful historic preservation home! They gutted three full bathrooms, dry walled, tiled flooring, worked with plumber on installation of new bath tubs, sinks, toilets. Remodeled 2 kitchens and one kitchenette. Installed flooring and repaired/ refinished hardwood. Worked with inspectors & subcontractors: insulating floor joists, attic, basement limestone walls, electricians, HVAC; to bring this 110 year old house up to code. There were a million little “surprises” that came up-while tearing some of the spaces down to the studs...Kevin worked with me to make the best decisions -keeping budget and schedule on track. Honest, Reliable & Trustworthy! Highly recommend Homes by Klein!”

“From consult and planning to construction and reveal- MNBR Homes made our big home project look and feel easy! After inquiring about a quote, David reached out almost immediately and was available to meet and discuss our project within days. During the consult David was kind and easy to talk to; we talked about our plans, timeline goals, and budget. He was honest about what he thought he could do for us and when- no pushy sales pitches or gimmicks! David was just as excited as we were and assured us our dreams could soon be reality. Once started, David and Joe made the entire design and construction process a breeze! We were told who to meet with, where to look, etc. in regards to flooring, countertops, cabinets… Truly, all we did was make choices, tell the team what we wanted, and MNBR Homes made it happen! Work, stress, and effort on our part was minimal! We were kept up to date in regards to work being done, questions were always answered quickly and efficiently, and the construction crew was professional and friendly. “We had a great experience with Xpand in the building of our two-story deck. Andy, our Project Manager, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly during the entire process. He was quick to respond no matter how I contacted him (email, text or phone call) and ready and able to solve any questions I had. He worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and followed up to ensure we were happy with the progress and final product. We're extremely happy with the new addition to our home and spend all of our free time hanging out on it. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Xpand years ago!”
