“Cutting Edge designed and built our basement remodel. They started with unfinished space and re-engineered load bearing walls to open it up. We now how have a wet bar, built in TV wall and shelving, a full bath, a wine closet, and space for an air hockey table. In addition, they replaced countertops in our kitchen and replaced our master bath shower. The end result is absolutely beautiful. The workmanship is top notch. As is typical with this type of project, we had some scheduling delays and minor cost overruns, but we are very happy with the finished project.”

I had a chance in 2007 to help build a home I designed and Jake was the ICF contractor on the project, while on this project I learn more from him about ICF construction than any one else in the industry. “We've hired this company twice. The first time was an insurance-covered repair to our garage roof. The company was prompt, gave a detailed estimate of costs, worked well with our insurance company, and did quality work. Several months after the job was completed, they returned at our request to replace some materials that were warping. Our second project was to fix a leak in our roof and install a skylight. Again, very prompt, courteous service and they made sure the work was completely satisfactory before they departed.”

They took extra time and care to insure that we will be welcome in our new neighborhood, delaying the project start and attending an owners association meeting to insure that everyone was on board with the plans. Now, with the work begun, the Mustons are giving us detailed reports on progress. They have even included some time with a decorator to help us achieve just the look we want. It can be very daunting to have so many decisions to make and trying to think of everything that needs consideration.
