“After purchasing an existing home, we hired Holly Homes to complete renovation on the inside and the development of a luxery patio in the back of the home. The project involved the movement of walls, new drywall, paint, tile and wood flooring as well as electrical and plumming work. The project was completed in an organized and orderly fashion with all questions and concerns posed to us for proper decision making. The cost was right on budget and timeliness of project steps remained ahead of schedule. The members of Holly Homes kept the home clean and secure as we had not yet moved in. I would not hesitate to hire the professionals at Holly Homes again in the future or to recommend them to anyone for projects of all sizes and scopes.”

“Over the past 2 years, we’ve been involved with Loch Builders and their architect Ron Gibson, in replicating a costal style 1930’s revival period house. Very pleased with the architect’s rigorous design, and just as much with how smoothly and timely the builder has worked with Deer Island’s HOA and strict architectural review committee (design plan approval), Lake County’s permitting (unifying two lots to minimize setback issues, and Florida’s St. John’s Water District Commission (drainage setbacks within the conservation land). The team work and professionalism has saved us needless stress, time and money. Furthermore, during the COVID pandemic, when labor and material costs skyrocketed, the builder worked with us to come up with creative ways to offset material costs (ie. wood vs. Hardi-board and window manufacturers), which has help keep the project on-budget. As a discerning (yet realistic and reasonable) client, Loch’s integrity continues to shine through all aspects of their services. Thus, we’re looking forward in having a successful build thanks to a mutually respectful and trusting builder-client relationship.”

We wanted to choose the lighting, flooring, paint, stains, granite countertops, etc. We worked out a contract that allowed us to choose the subcontractors and the places building materials came from. Brad was attentive, he listened to our needs and desires, and built us a beautiful home.”
