They are very quick to respond to any questions and always making sure I was happy with everything. I used Jennifer Kemp Design Services to help pick out everything from tile, light fixtures, paint, and decor. I would still be picking everything out if it wasn't for Jennifer. I was very indecisive and she was quick to pick up on what would work for me and my space and making it work with the items that I was keeping. I would highly recommend J. Holderby Renovations and will use them for future projects.”

“Ethiopian Tewahedo Social Services, an non-profit 501(c)3 organization in Columbus, Ohio serving the refugee and immigrant community was wishing to have conference room space in its Mount Vernon location. The dream became a reality with Transform Construction in December of 2013. Ronnie's team went above and beyond to help us in the remodel. The project consisted of tearing down walls, moving phone lines and drinking fountains and repairing the ceiling. The job was completed on time and of high quality. The most rewarding part of the project was having "New Americans" create a space for other "New Americans". We use the space on a daily basis and can't imagine the way it looked before!”

“Our experience with David Bauer Custom Homes was first class. They remodeled our kitchen and put on an addition to our home that included a sunroom with fireplace, an exercize room and a greatly enlarged master closet. Under the addition they put a basement which contains a man cave, a wine cellar and a lot of storage space. The company is professional and accommodating in its desire that the finished job be just what you want. Suggestions were made that enhanced the final outcome of our project. The detail of the workmanship is something we really enjoy in our home. We give this company a definite thumbs up!”
