This was really helpful as sourcing a reputable architect, structural engineer, quantity surveyor and a team of specialists was a daunting task and not something we expected of Julian. One of the most reassuring parts of the planning phase is how Julian set our budget expectations. This became very apparent very quickly because the other people we initially approached at the same time as Julian pretty much told us what we wanted to hear, whereas Julian took a much more realistic approach. It was an easy choice to go ahead with Julian and we did not regret that decision. He managed all aspects of the project, start to finish and the results are exceptional. We have no hesitation in recommending Julian and JNR Construction.”

The workmen used by this company have been outstanding, to the extent of bespoke skirting boards being made to complete the look of our victorian home and a unique light fitting both of which were not on the jobs list but due to the passion for detail from mick the builder made all the difference. The quality and attention to detail is 2nd to none and I will trust FortisConstruction&Development with any future work needed in the coming years. We went with this company due to their initial quote but we have had so much more for our money through service, advice and trustworthy teams. The biggest plus I found was I was able to let the project be managed with very little impact needed from me other than design choices which is great when you work full time.
