“The whole experience with Bespoke Living was excellent from start to finish. They were professional from the first time we met and always kept to the timelines they set, including when I would receive the original quotation. I think I was quite a tricky client but they were always polite and patient with my questions. The standard of their work was flawless with incredible attention to detail pointing out issues which I wouldn't have noticed. I chose awkward tiles and difficult grouting but the finished result is exactly as I imagined and I love my new kitchen and bathroom! I have no hesitation in recommending Bespoke Living and if/when I do another project I wouldn't use any other company!”

“We have chosen Helyar Project service over a few well known companies to build the garage. They have organised everything from the planning permission to the final expection. Everything was done on time and according to the agreed term and conditions. Great team, very professional. It's was great pleasure working with this company. After an amazing job with the garage, we've done two more projects inside the house with them. I would highly reccomend this guys.”

“This project involved the building of two contemporary high specification houses with a square area totalling more than 400 meters. The project commenced in January 2015 and concluded early 2016. The main positive features of Dell Developments include high quality finishes, attention to detail, interpretation of complex designs, flexibility to deal with customer, NHBC and Building Control requirements, snag resolution (remarkably few of these) communication and integrity. The reason for a four star rather than five is the project overrun. This was a large project for Dell at the time, they initially under resourced the project which meant that the wet winter of 2015 exacerbated the overrun. The only other feedback would be to get professional cleaners to finish the houses before handover.”

“Eamonn and the team put up a large two-storey, timber framed rear extension for us. The were knowledgable, hardworking, flexible and fairly priced. They also listened to what we needed but gently made suggestions when there was a better way to do something. We always knew what was happening in the project and it was a shame to see them leave at the end of the project. I have worked with a lot of builders and will definitely call them back when we have another project.”

“Extremely happy with Avenue92s service. They literally held my hand from start to finish and were very very helpful. I really didn't have the time or bandwidth to visit so many bathroom stores, so the use of virtual reality was really useful to help visualise my bathroom from the comfort of my own couch. The prices were fantastic, and the installers were very professional, quick and efficient. I really liked how I only needed one point of contact, Jacob. He was the only person to call, whatever my question. I would really recommend Avenue92 to anyone looking to get their bathroom done. Great value for money!”
