“The company provided a 6 day remodel of a bathroom. Demolition was completed quickly and easily while they hung sheeting to protect other areas of the home. If I had any questions or concerns, they were answered quickly. The staff was very good in making sure that I was happy with the completed project! Awesome and dependable.”

Not only were we completely satisfied with the finished product, we were impressed by Mike's knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire process. “Mark built our house in 2014 and we have a beautiful house, meeting all our expectations and more. We did while being out of state, through emails and pictures. It worked! The craftsmanship was outstanding. Building a house is a long sometimes challenging process and overall it went well. We had some up and down but that is totally expected for such a huge endeavor: asking a stranger to materialize the most expensive vision you ever had in your life... In the end it all worked out. He came back to fix a few things (which is normal) and we never had to pay or argue about it, he took care of it, no question, and that is special! I would totally work with him and his team again if we ever build another house. I would have no problem recommending him to my best friend or family. Great experience, great house, love living in it!”

“Homoly Construction is the premier environmentally focused builder in the region. We have been blessed to work as a vendor / subcontractor to Homoly Construction on several projects. On this LEED Certified home we provided the bamboo flooring. If there is an environmentally focus home being built in the Kansas City Metropolitan area Homoly Construction and Davidson Architecture seem to be building it. USGBC LEED for homes, HBA Green Home certified they build them all.”

They want to know the entire situation, and truly understand what you are trying to accomplish so they can provide the best (appropriate style, cost-efficient & timely) solution for your need. We brought Lance & Corey in to help us wrap up a larger home renovation project that went sour with another contractor after a handful of months. Corey stepped in to manage the project & ran the show from A-Z, bringing us up to speed on the process of work, costs, or any concerns that he or any of his team of tradesmen found. Hands down, I would recommend the ReTouch team to anyone (Lance, Corey, Melissa, Erik, Herbert and all involved with our project) *Our home renovation included: 1/2 bath addition, full bath renovation, kitchen renovation, electrical, plumbing, exterior repairs & painting, and new HVAC installation.”

“We had a great experience building with Homes by Chris TWO times. The first time was after our house was destroyed by a tornado. We were attracted to their finish work in their model but it turned out that they are so much more than just their finish work. HBC helped us redesign our old house on the existing foundation. Our home was more functional because they helped us move the laundry to the main floor, get a walk in pantry and a huge master closet. It was their care, professionalism, and accessibility that brought us back to rebuild another new home when our family grew larger. Many builders claim to be "custom", but seem to have many exceptions and limitations. HBC helped us get exactly what we wanted in our home including cabinets to the ceiling, a drop zone to fit my family's needs, a garage free of beams and helped us maximize our lot space and reduce cost by changing the original plot of our land.They truly want to do what is best for the families they work with. “Rothers Design/Build added onto our existing home and completely remodeled the rest of the house. We were out of the house for 7 months during this renovation. Greg, his crew, and sub-contractors were creative and yet budget conscience. They were courteous and prompt. And they gave us the house that we hired them to design/build/remodel.”

“Paul Young and his employees gutted my kitchen, removed a wall and rebuilt it all. This included a beautiful new wood floor, new cabinets and counter tops and they moved a door to improve access to the dining room. He kept me informed along the way about cost or timing on items when I requested changes. (example- we decided on corian rather than granite counter tops) His workers were very clean and courteous and I was comfortable having them in my home. He finished on budget and on time. I highly recommend Gary Brown Homes.”
