They cleaned up after themselves every day and made sure that we were happy with what was happening. The additional rooms were a good size and in keeping with the rest of the house. The kitchen layout maximised cupboard space but still created a light and airy space. “Prestige build and management undertook a complete renovation of our Victorian house in Plumstead last year. We found every member of the team a pleasure to work with. The quality of each of the trades - tiling, electrics, plumbing and building was excellent. The team were interested in achieving the aesthetic we wanted and advised us on some of our slightly naive ideas and material choices to deliver what we wanted. The whole team were clean, efficient trustworthy and personable. The office team were also really efficient and helpful to deal with. They were willing to work with us when we had cash flow issues with the bank which, on a major project, is invaluable for any home owner. We also had significant regulatory issues with a basement conversion and Jay and his team persevered to get the project completed despite the obstacles. I would say that price wise they are on the upper end of the spectrum but you get the quality and service you pay for and for us it was worth every penny.”

I would walk into my house and Paul would be checking every detail that I didn’t even notice or his team would make me come down to the floor to appreciate how level the tiles were. “Hurlingham Developments were instructed to complete our entire 3 storey home renovation. This involved total refurbishment and renovation of our 6 bedroom property and garden. We chose Andy and his team as he was honest and reliable and got back to me on all our requests. This was a big job and wasnt without its hurdles. Andy project managed the whole build was on site regularly and informed us ahead of time should projects be delayed. If you want a reliable builder, who is happy to give impartial advice and get the job done choose Hurlingham. We are now using Andy's team to paint our interior walls and windows.”
