“I used Le Roi and his team for my extension project. Le Roi helped us with the overall design of our extension right down to the details of where sockets, spot lights and light switches would be located and took our project from the initial drawings and designs all the way through to managing the build and making sure that everything was signed off correctly in regards to planning permission, structural calculations and building control. I would recommend Le Roi and his team to anyone who is looking for a smooth and efficient building project. Thanks again Le Roi!!”

“Last year we employed GE Construction Ltd to build a kitchen extension and patio area, and I must say we are delighted with the end result. Gary Earp wasn’t known to us before we employed him and from his very first visit it was very obvious to us that he was very professional, had very high standards and high expectations from his team. We discussed our plans in depth and everything went like clockwork under Gary’s supervision. We were initially worried about having a team of tradesmen around the house for three months however it was no problem at all. The team arrived promptly at 8.00 am every day and left at 4.30 pm leaving everywhere clean and tidy. There was no smoking on site and no bad language. His team were very polite, considerate and conscientious taking great pride in their work. Gary was always around and was happy to help with any queries that we had and to advise us on any issues that arose during the project. Since the extension was completed Gary has been back to check that everything is o.k and for piece of mind we know he is only a phone call away. I don’t think we could have chosen a better company than GE Construction Ltd to build our new kitchen and we would have no hesitation in recommending the company to others. Thank you Gary and all your team for everything you have done for us.”

“We investigated a number of companies building the traditional way in oak and decided this was the best combination of price and quality. The first contract was for a garden room (conservatory) and it was completed on schedule within budget and the final result was better than we anticipated, despite having spent a lot of time on the details during the design stage. The site team was brilliant, friendly, very tidy and really caring about the details. We were so impressed we also contracted for an new entrance porch and and a replacement bay window. Both are now complete and we are really pleased with the end result. Only slight problem was the last job was delayed several weeks as the subcontractors had too much work on and needed a lot of chasing to get on with the job. Despite this a couple of weeks is nothing compared to the decades this should last looking great.”

“A well-designed apartment fitted with quality fixtures and fittings. Chris and the team are professional and customer focused and closed out snagging items quickly and without making a fuss. Chris and his team are approachable which makes you feel that they care about the customer and the quality of the project. When a water tank seal failure was discovered in a few of the flats they were proactive in eliminating the risk of this happening in other units by quickly replacing the same seal in all the flats. A weekly newsletter keeps owners up to date with the progress being made to complete the development. This communication is vital to explain when and why plans slip, so that owners and tenants are in a better position to appreciate and understand the reasons for delays and disruptions.”

“We wanted a double storey extension built. J came out and explained to us the entire process. His company was more expensive than others but we went because we understood what he explained and we liked the concept plans. Throughout the process we let J and his team manage it for us. With the weather and supply issues the project was completed behind schedule but J and his team kept us informed throughout. We are glad that we hired them”

“Refresh Renovations have a fantastic robust process in place which gives me the confidence I need before committing to any kind of work. I was looking for one company to manage the Design and Build of my project, and have one contact throughout. They are very professional and friendly. I was looking to extend my kitchen but undecided on the Design but Refresh had their own Project Manager and Designer who gave me their expert advice whilst taking my requirements and budget into consideration. I would highly recommend them and would use them for future projects too!”
