“Level Up Home Remodeling has been great to work with. The project management by Ellie and Chase was above and beyond we could imagine. We contracted them for an addition of 1100 Sq. Ft. including relocating out kitchen, Leveling up the living room and adding two bathrooms to the house. The promises were delivered and we got a beautiful home to share with our family. The level of communication and professionalism were always their ultimate goal. Their passion about the details and the outcome is something we always felt. We have already referred them, to a few friends and family members. Highly recommended.”

“This is our first time using a contractor on a remodel project. We wanted someone local. The team at CASM Contracting did not disappoint. Every person we had contact with was courteous and professional. The owner and the project manager were both patient and thorough in explaining how the process worked. We are very data driven and felt the information was invaluable in working with them. The project was a full bathroom remodel and we are beyond pleased with the outcome. We received several bids and the cost matched the average. We both work from home and the team was timely, clean, and respectful of the noise level. “Reg Willing and his team at Urban Restoration did an amazing job on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. He completed the project on time, stayed on budget and was a pleasure to work with. As it was my first experience with a remodel he talked me through the planning and gave me a detailed schedule of the work to be done including the timeline. His employees were easy to have in my home. Based on our first experience, we decided to hire Urban Restoration again when we wanted to remodel our backyard deck and again we were totally satisfied. We will continue to use Reg Willing and Urban Restoration for any future home projects.”

“Jim Cutuli of Cutuli Homes is a talented and accomplished home builder that I met in 2006. Since then we have worked together on several projects that Rasmussen Architects has designed. Projects range from a large four building single family colonial compound to an interior renovation. Jim is willing to help the design/client team in the early stages of design and cost estimating that not a lot of other contractors are willing to do. Jim is transparent, honest and hard working. He does all the big and little things that make a project run smooth. “We hired TWC for a substantial exterior remodel of our 45 unit apartment building in North Seattle. This was a complex job that dealt with a number of siding materials and building systems not to mention significant disruption to our tenant base. TWC sheparded the job along within price guidance and within needed timeframe; not to mention they did a great job interfacing with our tenants and other vendors. TWC delivered with flying colors! We would happily use them again and provide highest recommendation to other potential customers.”
