“Taylor Bryan designed and built a major kitchen/half bath/mudroom renovation for our 1960's home. They were courteous, knowledgable, creative and wonderful to work with. They listened to our wants and needs and worked with us patiently to come to a design that satisfied both our wants in terms of space and our needs in term of a budget. They also were willing to help us envision a fourth bedroom addition that we will hopefully undertake in the near future. We needed to "see" the whole picture renovation before committing to the first-stage of the renovation and they were willing to do this with us. They also worked with us to figure out a solution of where to put the washer/dryer for we had to move it from its existing space on the first floor for the 1st stage of the renovation but weren't ready to put it where it will eventually go once the second stage of the renovation is complete. They began the project on time, finished on time and the price of the project was exactly the price we agreed upon (to the penny). We would recommend them for sure!!!”

“Keith and his team redid the outside of our 1916 Craftsman home. The workmanship was outstanding and Keith suggested many details that enhanced the house and restored it to its true craftsman beauty. The work was done on time and on budget. Keith is an excellent contractor to work with -- he totally got what we were trying to achieve and worked patiently with us to pick out the right materials and colors. The work included new cedar shingles, new window frames, new braces and woodwork, and new roof. Would definitely use Keith again.”

Subcontractors showed up on time and finished as planned. Dennis Pantani answered all of my questions and reacted to any changes or modifications needed. I felt Dennis knew exactly how to get the work done and that anything that came up would be solved to my satisfaction.”

“Outstanding and very professional! We have had Jon work on multiple jobs for us over the years and have always been highly impressed with his work ethic and great attention to detail. One job was repairing and replacing outdoor walls and siding. Not only was the damage identified and removed, but he replaced the old materials with high quality products that would prevent the recurrence of damage in the future. Jon always goes above and beyond to do the job right the first time. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!”
