“After working with the client for several months to create exactly what she wanted, Jack and all that worked with him were extremely professional and did a terrific job. Jack has a great attention to detail especially when it came to the finishes and trades. They were a stickler when it came to doing it right and staying in budget. Jack was great with the structural pieces as far as coming up with the best way and best materials to use. I would say that with our concepts, Jack made sure all we wanted was implemented into the design of the home making it an excellent finished product.”

“In my window treatment business, I have had occasions to come in after work was done and see some of the work by T-Mat Construction. I has always been top of the line. Customers repeatedly have told me how lucky they are that they found Trace to do their projects. I had one customer that did not like the valances I was able to offer because it covered up the gorgeous wood work that T-Mat had put around the windows. T-Mat was able to get more of the original wood they had used and made valances that blended into the trim work perfectly. I would highly recommend them as a contractor for remodels, additions and complete construction projects.”

“Over the past 2 years, we’ve been involved with Loch Builders and their architect Ron Gibson, in replicating a costal style 1930’s revival period house. Very pleased with the architect’s rigorous design, and just as much with how smoothly and timely the builder has worked with Deer Island’s HOA and strict architectural review committee (design plan approval), Lake County’s permitting (unifying two lots to minimize setback issues, and Florida’s St. John’s Water District Commission (drainage setbacks within the conservation land). The team work and professionalism has saved us needless stress, time and money. Furthermore, during the COVID pandemic, when labor and material costs skyrocketed, the builder worked with us to come up with creative ways to offset material costs (ie. wood vs. Hardi-board and window manufacturers), which has help keep the project on-budget. As a discerning (yet realistic and reasonable) client, Loch’s integrity continues to shine through all aspects of their services. Thus, we’re looking forward in having a successful build thanks to a mutually respectful and trusting builder-client relationship.”

“We just love our new home in the Adair Park section of College Park! The highest compliment I could give Bruce and Cole Homes is that we would build with him again!! I highly recommend him. From the design phase with the architect, to completion of the project, his involvement and guidance brought our vision to life and saved us tens of thousands of dollars. Bruce was constantly on site, accessible to discuss progress, make changes, and review issues and as a result, avoided costly delays of time and money. We interviewed several builders and chose Cole Homes, not only for his technical knowledge of construction and the building requirements, but also for the ease of communication and guidance.. Cole Homes stands behind their work, as did the subcontractors. During the material selection process, je personally took me to see examples of materials at private homes and vendors, which was greatly appreciated.
