“Full Refurb, including re-wire, new kitchen, second bathroom, floor levelling. Asset PM did an excellent job of refurbishing & insulating our North London flat. It was badly laid-out and draughty when we bought it for a good price. We decided to invest the saving in a new kitchen, 2nd bathroom, insulation and upgrade to modern electrics. After speaking with various builders we settled on Asset PM because of the combination of Karolina's calm sense of organisation and Robert's extensive previous build experience. The team was easy to deal with and kept us informed as the works progressed (we briefly moved out to family). One of the things that impressed us is that Asset PM honoured their original quote even though costs went up mid-way through the project due to unexpected inflation. They also took care of the certificates and warranties so we are covered for the future. Thanks Robert & Karolina !”

“We hired CELLI Property Care for our loft conversion, and I can honestly say that they were just more then we expected. It was our first time doing something this big to our house so we needed someone with experience that knew exactly what would go into a project like this. They did a fantastic job at walking us through every part of the project and they guaranteed that they will keep us in the loop throughout the whole process. The guys were really hardworking, tidy and polite. They would clean at the end of each working day, and they did everything possible not to disturb us. The price wasn't the cheapest of all the quotes we've received, but Celino was by far the most knowledgeable and patient estimator that came to visit us. “The Market Design and Build has just finished a big project for us and we couldn’t be happier. The property is an old converted barn so the challenge was huge. Obviously there were some set backs but the communication in between us (property owners) and The Market was excellent so problems were solved quickly. These guys are not here to screw you over. Before signing the contract they guaranteed us that they wouldn’t leave the project until we were 100% happy.. And they didn’t! We are sure to use The Market again if we need more work done on a property in the future.”

“Prestige build and management undertook a complete renovation of our Victorian house in Plumstead last year. We found every member of the team a pleasure to work with. The quality of each of the trades - tiling, electrics, plumbing and building was excellent. The team were interested in achieving the aesthetic we wanted and advised us on some of our slightly naive ideas and material choices to deliver what we wanted. The whole team were clean, efficient trustworthy and personable. The office team were also really efficient and helpful to deal with. They were willing to work with us when we had cash flow issues with the bank which, on a major project, is invaluable for any home owner. We also had significant regulatory issues with a basement conversion and Jay and his team persevered to get the project completed despite the obstacles. I would say that price wise they are on the upper end of the spectrum but you get the quality and service you pay for and for us it was worth every penny.”
