“Doing a first time home remodel is scary wondering if you've got the right company for the job. Res Com was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. In some areas, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and George gave me wonderful ideas, which I used many of them (thanks George). Project manager, Mike, was always available and made special trips just to check out some questions I had the same day. The subcontractors were professional and courteous. The job was completed by the completion date quoted in the bid and there were no surprises money wise at the completion of the job. Everything stayed within the quoted budget unless I made changes myself. When things popped up and they usually do with remodels, the Res Com team handled everything promptly and professionally. Overall the experience was very good and I will definitely use them again for my master bath remodel. Thanks again George, Mike and the rest of the Res Com team. Job very well done.”

“I was able to assist Caroline @ Designer Details LLC in various of her projects and had the opportunity to visit her project sites while the work was going on. She let me be a part of the project and took advantage of my expertise in benefiting her clients. I love the way she made me feel how professional and responsible she is when it comes to her clients requirements and how assertive and persistent she is to get the targets completed within the guidelines she has set up. Not only she got those projects completed but also every project became unique in its own design sense. I work with so many designers and help them and their clients with their Natural store and Porcelain tile needs but its always just an amazing experience working with Caroline and every time she involves me with her projects, I learn so much from her. “I needed work done on my fence to be sure my dogs would stay safe in the yard. The crew came on time, removed the old, rotten boards and reinforced the fence so it looks great and is safe for my pups to play outside now. They cleaned up completely. No debris or nails left behind...unlike other crews who have been here.”
