Our finished product is exactly what we previewed via virtual reality technology. In a difficult time with supply chain issues, the Duncan Frazier team was able to work with the suppliers and effectively communicate on our behalf. Each of the different subs we worked with were experts and did fantastic work. The cabinet trim, tile work, and flooring was expertly installed and is always noticed by our friends and neighbors. “Cameo Homes has recently built our home. The company is run by three bothers and a father. We are building a custom home so it has been a process. They are always available when needed. They have lined thereselves with excellent subcontractors. There building standards are very strict. We designed a home that is different from other houses they have built. We have faced some challenges, but in the end we have a marvelous home. They are very knowledgeable on the entire building process. They have been in business for years and built many homes in the North Salt Lake area, and Park City. A custom home can be difficult to build because it is hard to define budgets completely because of all the customer selections. We were over budget so when building a custom home communication is the most important part of building a home.”
