We always felt that Aesir were working with us to achieve our vision. When we finally moved back into our completely extended and renovated home, it was pristine, immaculate and of a superb standard. “I have used Lubo (IDL contractors), on several occasions including a complete bathroom refit, to decorate a bedroom and living room, and to give the kitchen a facelift. On each occasion I've been very satisfied with the quality of the work done, the value for money, and the accuracy of the timescale given. I had originally planned to just do a few bits to the bathroom but was given such a reasonable quote to do the whole thing, I went with that option instead. Lubo is also very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, even giving me a photo album documenting the bathroom job step-by-step at the end! Overall, I'd highly recommend IDL contractors (all the people sent to work on the flat were of a high standard), if you want to deal with a company that is honest, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable.”

“Rosewood Carpentry and Building Ltd have done two jobs for me over the last two years. The first one was building a timber framed Bungalow and the second was to rebuild a conservatory in Cedar wood. Both jobs were completed on time and on budget. The main reason I will continue to use Rosewood for any future work is their reliability and high levels of communications. They are a delight to deal with and if any problems did arise they were always sorted out to everyone's satisfaction.”

“We cannot speak highly enough of I D Smith Construction Services. We instructed them to fully refurbish our 1930s semi with the addition of a single storey extension. The project included new external render, full rewire, replumb, fresh plastering, new roof, bespoke carpentry, new gravel driveway, new kitchen and new bathrooms amongst many other items. There's not much these guys can't turn their hands to. We found Ian and his team a pleasure to deal with. They were reliable and trustworthy and most importantly delivered an excellent finish throughout. As is inevitable with major building work we did incur additional, unforeseen costs but these were reasonable and proportionate and Ian kept us informed throughout. What we loved in particular was Ian's ability to find solutions to any problems we encountered. His calmness throughout the project helped keep our stress levels down. We hope to work with Ian, Kieron, Phil and Stuart again in the future (possibly a patio) once we have saved up! Highly recommended.”

They have added 2 bedrooms and a shower room and made my family house a home. Very professional polite clean and tidy. Would highly recommend them to anybody. I can’t thank them enough.”

“A double storey extension comprised of a large double ensuite bedroom with two pairs of French doors, each opening onto a cantilevered balcony; tiled utility area with toilet and an ensuite shower added to an existing bedroom. Roof was tiled with Kent pegs to match existing. Extension was painted, inside and out. The exterior walls and windows of the main house were also painted to match and any repairs were carried out. Pink and Black provided a bespoke service and sourced many of the unique features that complemented the new space. In addition, Pink and Black were also very patient with last minute change of plans. I decided not to move out of the house whilst the work was carried out. The friendliness and respectfulness of all the guys involved in the building processs helped to make the situation of builders in the house less invasive, in fact I missed them when they finally left.”
