The first house that Matt built was a developer spec which turned out beautifully and won a Parade of Homes award. Matt and his crew do an excellent job building homes and they have extraordinary attention to detail. The second home I designed that Osada built is nearing completion. I just spoke to the homeowners the other day and they are extremely pleased with quality of construction and the ease of the whole process to build their dream home. I might add that Matt is extremely easy going and a pleasure to work with.”

“Buchanan Const. was a pleasure to work with on building our home. His knowledge of building and materials was excellent. He made specific suggestions during the building process, such as adding a window seat and using the flooring material as the seating area. Buchanan also recommended extra insulation above the garage to help the bonus room for heating. Rick provided detailed invoices that spelled out each work order and changes that were made during the construction process. Since we were out of town for some of the construction, he always sent me photos of what they were doing and stayed in constant contact. His suggestion of landscaping ( adding rock walls ) was appreciated. I would highly recommend Buchanan Construction, and if I build another home, Rick will be the first builder I will call.”

“We were searching for a home when we moved back to Asheville, and happened to stumble on a house that Kevin and Timber Creek were about to complete construction on. Everything worked out perfectly and we were able to purchase the house and we are so glad we did! The house has been a wonderful home for us. There are so many details that they thought of and so much custom work which makes our home one of a kind! They really thought of everything! 4 years later and we still get so many compliments on how well built the house is and how much attention was paid to the details. We couldn’t be happier and Kevin has been very helpful in answering any questions we have had, even to this day!”

“Nemec completed a remodel on a rental that I own & did excellent work! Total kitchen renovation, update to two baths, replaced all flooring, repair to damaged areas from previous tenants, etc. They were great to work with & very understanding when the budget stretched some & I needed a little extra time.”
