“We used Elsid and his brother to completely refurbish our flat on Fulham Road in 2020. They did both bathrooms, new flooring and new kitchen. Extended the bathroom as well . They did a great job, super efficient, always contactable and honest from start to end! We highly recommend them”

Their quote was provided expediently and was very competitive. From the outset, every member of the team was professional, polite and trustworthy as well as patient with a very demanding client! Justin and Dan were happy to accommodate any changes without fuss and took on additional landscape works including new driveway and piers without any delay to the program. “Amazing! Nico has so many great design ideas that we hadn’t thought of. He kept us up to date of what was happening with the work all the time. They cleaned up after themselves every day and made sure that we were happy with what was happening. We are so pleased with the extention which was a beautiful kitchen/breakfast room, and the new family bathroom. I can not recommend them enough.”

“We hired Nick and Paul at Raylian to lead a tricky 550 m2 office conversion into residential space in a prime location central Chiswick. Along with the practice personal creative skills I was very impressed by their technical know how. The teams knowledge of building regulations, local authority planning requirements and technical building skills saved me a substantial amount in architects fees and it was comforting to experience their confidence when addressing the builders and trades and the respect they attracted. The creative design planning stage and specification for finishes and furnishings was professional and stress free. It was great to have a designer sketch their ideas while explaining their thoughts. Discussing ideas in 3D is a real advantage. Given the licence to express themselves they came up with some really great ideas. Project management was equally important, especially with all the H&S requirements attached to the industry these days. I also felt once the budget was approved they made a good effort to protect it right through to completion. Raylian are a one stop shop for any size of residential project and I am happy to give them a 5 star review. AW. Chiswick.”

“Living through a kitchen extension on a terraced London house isn't fun. We both work full-time and have two children at school so returning at the end of each day to the property once works had commenced could be a little stressful; but PlusRooms protected our downstairs areas, created a temporary kitchen for us and were really considerate of the fact we were living through the works. They project managed the whole thing right from design, costing, adjustments, planning, build scheduling, (prompting us what to buy and when), right through the build - and we couldn't be more delighted with our new space. Living through building works is unpleasant but was made less so with Robbie and James' support and professionalism. We had the odd snagging that needed resolving at the end of the job, which you would always expect, so we are more than happy to recommend PlusRooms and may be using them again next year!”
