Contractor was responsive and fair in it's pricing. Quality work through out. This is the third renovation project MR Brewer has done for me.”

“Mccleary Building is very professional and knowledgeable contractor. I now have 2 houses built by Matt on the ocean and they are holding up very well. One of them he had built and we bought it after it was completed and the other we built from scratch with Matt. I know on both houses Matt would stand behind any issues we would have but the good news is that in 6 years we have had no issues. The second house had a lot of unusual design issues to deal with and Matt was able to easily work through all of them. If your looking for a great builder and nice people to work with this is the company to go with.”

From the start of the project design (the project lead took my vision from my head and made it happen), to pricing (offered options that were cost savings or choices that cost more but offered the superior product that would last a "lifetime"), to the execution of the project...the staff was all amazing! The project lead, the hands on staff that were on the job site were all great to work with. They answered all the insane questions my husband had on nearly a daily basis with a smile on their face. I would recommend this company for any job. The owner has been amazing in offer advice about future jobs that we may want to jump into. It has truly been a fantastic experience.
