They are knowledge, kind and were willing to explain every part of the process. This was our first build and though it was challenging we never felt lost in the process. We couldn't be more pleased with their committment to see our project through to the end. They have helped us navigate the difficult task of finding good tradesmens to work in a remote area and in a market place where there are many pitfalls. They stand by their product fully and we are truly pleased that we chose them for our project.”

“Very professional company to work with. I had them build my house which was ready before the deadline and within budget. They brought to the table new ideas and pointed out trends that might not be in my best interest in the long run. I was very pleased with their workmanship and have had no need for any warranty on the house what so ever. “We built our new custom apartment with azARC LTD. ( PERV. PARS ISTA LTD.) and the result was great. The best qualities of building with azARC were working with a family based business. We signed the contract with them and they were very fair and upfront with the costs of the building. During construction we worked with a team who had excellent suggestions and have the pride of their work and I can slike site manager, foreman, surveyor and... they're knowledgeable about options available and has great taste when helping us choose features for our home. If we build another home, we would definitely choose azARC and we highly recommend them to anyone else we know who want to build their dreams. Being a mum and a client at the same time was an unforgettable experience. I am giving a review after 8 years of finishing the project and I have no complain about that. Miss you a lot and best wishes”

“I have purchased one of the residential properties designed and built by TerraTech. What differentiated this house was the design and the quality. The design of the house is very unique, which differentiates the house from the other houses in the neighborhood. One of the good features of the design is the maximization of the square footage available on the lot which resulted in a bigger house than the average houses constructed on similar lots. TerraTech also impressed with the high quality of materials. Before purchasing this house I compared it to similar houses that were for sale at that time and the quality of the materials definitely differentiated Terratech. The house included triple windows, concrete deck, landscaping, vinyl fence, higher ceiling, and energy efficient appliances. We did not find these features on the other houses with the same budget. We definitely recommend TerraTech. When we bought the house we were sure that TerraTech`s main goal wasn`t to maximize the profit. TerraTech`s main goal was to differentiate themselves through high quality work.”

“We chose Royalty because I had an excellent relationship with Reg when I bought the house. Royalty goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Jillian, our contractor/designer knew her products well and helped us every step of the way. Our renovations look superb, from paint to floors- I am so happy with my house now. And- they were completed in a timely fashion. I will definitely chose Royalty for the next project. 5 star for sure!!!!”

“Norwood Developments built us our dream home in 2009. It started off with a blended family that needed more room and an extra large garage. Bruce had nice lot on Shepherd Crescent backing onto University land. He worked with us on an open concept custom design to incorporate our wants and needs. The final design was 1945 sq feet with huge kitchen, open to living and dining area. main floor office and laundry with a grand entry. Also a 930 sq foot attached garage. Throughout the building stage Lana guided us with design and finishing ideas. Color and style choices were made easy on plumbing and lighting fixtures, impressive bulkheads and design accents to truly make our dream home something special and unique. A custom designed wall unit for our 65" tv and custom component cabinet with matching fireplace top all complimenting the stunning kitchen to name a few. 10 years later the quality materials and craftsmanship have withstood the test of time. The few minor issues we had were quickly resolved by Bruce. If you are looking to build a home that is truly unique and a cut above the rest, big or smaller we would highly recommend Norwood Developments . Bob and Shawn”
