“Dan did an amazing job. He organised everything. Was easy to talk to. I couldn't believe how fast he got in and got the job done. The quality of his work i thought was to a very high standard. He always turned up. Money well worth spent. We had a granny flat we had been in the process of building and hadn't done anything on it for 2 years. We needed help. We decided to find a builder who could build our deck for us. It was about 18m x 9.5m (veranda on 3 sides) and was about 2m off the ground (the ground was elevated). A friend ended up recommending Dan to us. Dan also did the veranda roof, guttering etc and wire balustrade all the way around. Looks really beautiful. I also got him to build some internal shelving, put doors on, attach towel rails, mirrors and other bits and pieces. I'm so glad we did.”

“Jay and FCGs has built three high end residential homes for me and I totally recommend him. The service he provides from the planning stage until completion is outstanding and beyond what you would receive from any project builder. The projects were completed on time and within budget. Jay is extremely passionate and particular about what he builds and he surrounds himself with other subcontractors who are also passionate and particular of their work. I found that nothing is to difficult for Jay and his knowledge of construction is outstanding. Once again, I totally recommend Jay. Sam- Tarragindi.”

“It all started with meeting Jason Nicholls, the sales consultant of Ownit Homes, I walked into a display home in Upper Coomera and there I met Jason. What an asset to the company, he is kind and friendly, not pushy at all and so helpful. Nothing is ever too much for him. And he follows up with everything. Next is the back office team in particular Nikki Lennon and Angela Black. I have asked them both so many questions and they never got irritable with me and they explained everything to me in a language I could understand. And lastly, Mark, the site supervisor, he is as friendly as the rest and phones me every week to let me know how the construction is going. (A very nice touch) My new home is on time and on budget. I would really recommend Ownit Homes to anyone that is thinking of building a new home.”

From the moment we met Steve we were impressed and at ease with his friendly honest approach. He was thorough & informative in letting us know the process at hand. Not only was his knowledge in building & renovating but he also has some wonderful creative ideas that helped with design, colours & interior choices. “I can't speak highly enough of this builder. My husband works in the building industry and sees the final product of many many builders. He's worked for Lindon Homes for several years and always said that when we built our new home, Lindon Homes would be the one he'd choose. After nine years, we finally knocked down the old house and started the plans and then the build. If I wasn't so happy with the house, I'd build again with Lindon Homes in a heartbeat! We found the process smooth, upfront and organised - everything you want in your build. We have time with an interior decorator. I'd spent four years clipping pages from Home Beautiful and gave them all to her! A week later, I went in and picked all the tiles, laminates, caesarstone, etc. in one go from the choices she'd selected from the photos I'd given her. Brilliant! And so easy to see all my selections in one place. The workers onsite were polite whenever I turned up with my three kids under six and baby in a sling! I can't recommend the company highly enough.”

“We chose Smith and Son Renovation and Extensions Tweed Heads to repair our existing house that had extensive water problems due to initial build quality. Our first impressions of Andrew and Lynn were that they were very professional. Their office was nicely appointed and well presented and they appeared well organised and knowledgeable about the building processes and requirements. As a result we chose to move ahead with them and the renovation process began. From the very start they were well organised and kept us up to date on what was happening with the council and allowed us to choose the start date. The people working for Smith and son were amazingly polite, considerate and capable of high quality workmanship. While renovations can be tedious it wasn't this way. The workmen went out of their way to consider us and even developed a friendship with our son, who loved seeing them everyday. The project was quite a large one but we feel we got great value for money. While they are a business we didn't feel that we were a gold mine for the company and we felt that Andrew and his team were mindful of our budget. The paperwork was taken care of by Lynn who was exceptionally efficient. The end product is amazingly beautiful and no more water problems. We couldn't recommend Smith and Son Tweed Heads more vehemently and we are thankful everyday we chose them to do the work.”
