“Meeting Ed was one of the most fortunate things that has happened to me. To start with I had a general worry about builders in general. Many of my friends have had bad experiences with builders who have taken much longer than projected and worse yet gone far over budget. Thankfully, with Ed and Island Pointe this was not the case in fact we were under budget and have a much nicer home than envisioned when we drew the plans.
