“I first Worked with john and Mij on "The Shed" project and i have to say they were fantastic !!! It's normally quite hard dealing with new builders for the first time but they were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and they implemented all the details asked and stepped up to save the day when the specialist brackets for the floating beam came wrong. The time scale was very very tight but we completed on time on budget including a few un foreseen extras ..”

“We are writing this review to highly recommend Fenlake Construction as a General Contractor. We hired Fenlake Construction to build our single storey rear kitchen extension which was was built to an excellent standard and exactly how we wanted. The initial project only consisted of the construction of a kitchen extension but due to us being very happy with the work being delivered we then asked Fenlake Construction to carry out the kitchen fit-out as well. Rob and his team were punctual and attended Site everyday. Rob's team was very friendly and stuck to all their commitments. Rob, project managed the whole project from start to finish and managed to resolve all unforeseen problems throughout the whole process with minimal time and cost impact. All other trades such as plumbing, electrics and plastering etc. were manged effectively with minimal disruption to our day to day activities in the house. We were extremely happy with the attention to detail and quality Rob and his team put in to their work and appreciated all the advice regarding design and choice of materials that was given to us throughout the construction process. The site was kept tidy and the project was delivered on time and on budget. We will definitely be using Fenlake Construction again should the need arise and have no hesitation in recommending them for future work. Asif, Cambourne, Cambridgeshire”

“We first used SBC earlier this year for a fairly major renovation of the downstairs of our period cottage. As well as expert advice on design choices, Syd and his team were able to use their wealth of specialist knowledge to advise us on the more technical elements of working within an old building. Having Syd and his team here was an absolute pleasure and they were totally respectful of our space and our neighbours - not playing loud radio or music and managing their time spent drilling around my hours of home working. The project turned out better than we could have imagined and we were constantly consulted along the way. Having undertaken smaller projects since we have gone back to SBC without a second thought and will absolutely continue to do so in the future.”

“Nick, Rebecca and their team at Bespoke Build & Restoration Ltd have now carried out 4 large home improvement projects for us. This speaks for itself, having first completed a stunning loft conversion we had absolutely no hesitation in using Bespoke to carry out three further projects. The second was to open up a very small hallway with a confusing amount of doors and small spaces into a fantastic open welcoming space that is now the centrepiece of the house. Nick then went on to convert one of our double garages into a photography studio where I run my business from and most recently, an incredible kitchen diner utilising the second double garage space. Nick only uses tradesman that he has worked with for many years and share his quality of workmanship and work ethic. Nicks vision and enthusiasm for ideas are superb, he is constantly thinking of ways to improve how a space can work and additions and adjustments that will improve the overall aesthetic of a space. Finding a reputable builder who can deliver a project on time and within budget is a minefield and often seems an impossibility. We can't recommend Bespoke Build & Restoration Ltd highly enough, you won't be disappointed.”

“We chose Complete Building Solutions to build a large ground ground floor extension. From day 1 we were put at ease and every stage of the build was explained. My wife and I were hugely impressed with the punctuality, professionalism and politeness of the operatives. Kaspars was regularly on site to check on the smooth running of the build and was always easy to contact by phone. The standard of work is of the highest quality and their eye for detail is exceptional. We would highly recommend Kaspars and his company to any prospective client.”
